Lucy is a proud native of Columbus, Georgia. Her real estate career began in 1997, and she has been with Woodruff since 2002. Lucy resourcefully mixes her business savvy with her creative intuition, offering our customers an eye for detail with a unique flair. Lucy is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She holds Georgia and Alabama Real Estate Licenses. She is a graduate of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and the Georgia Chamber Leadership Program.
Lucy has served on numerous community and civic boards.
She loves spending time with her three daughters and enjoys shopping, decorating, cooking, learning new things, and meeting new people.
Project Manager, Woodruff Development Company
A native of Phenix City, Alabama, Gary grew up in the construction industry. Prior to joining Woodruff, he worked for his family’s local construction business for 34 years. As a licensed contractor for 25 years, Gary has experience working in a variety of construction fields including; commercial, industrial, residential and multi-family.
Before joining the team full-time in the fall of 2012, Gary also worked on a number of Woodruff projects around Columbus. Those projects included: Sugar Mill Luxury Apartments, Phase 4 of The Lakes Apartments, Grove Park Apartments, and The Landings Shopping Center. Gary is currently a project manager for Woodruff’s latest multi-family and commercial development, Lakeside Village at Beaver Run.
In his spare time, you’ll find Gary out on the local golf course working on his short game.
Sales and Leasing
Vice President, Woodruff Brokerage Company
Wendy has been with the Woodruff Brokerage Company since February, 1996 specializing in commercial leasing, sales, and property management in Georgia and Alabama.
She has been directly involved in the sales, leasing, and management of retail centers and office buildings in Columbus, Georgia, and Phenix City, Alabama. Her duties include marketing these properties to the commercial brokerage community and soliciting prospective tenants as well as negotiating the economic terms of sales contracts and commercial leases with new owners or tenants. Wendy also negotiates lease renewals and expansions, compiles and projects operating budgets, leasing activity, and vacancy reports, and coordinates new tenants’ build-outs with contractors.
Wendy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Georgia Sales Person License. She has served on several civic organization boards and is actively involved at First Presbyterian Church in Uptown Columbus.
She is married to J. Robert Elliott, Jr. from Columbus, Georgia; they have one daughter.

Tra joined Woodruff Brokerage Company in 2011. As Vice President and sales associate, his current responsibilities include the management of several shopping centers and the sale of commercial and retail land. Through the management of the various shopping centers he has gained an understanding of the leasing process and has recently been focusing on the purchase and sale of multi-family projects.
Tra graduated from Columbus State University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He worked with Robinson, Grimes and Company PC in public accounting through 1993. In 1994 he started a construction and development company, Dykes Builders, Inc., and served as President until 2010. In 2011 he had the opportunity to take over the management of a portfolio of properties that included several shopping centers and other commercial land. Along with this came an opportunity to join the Woodruff Brokerage Company team.
